This website is run by UberIT, an IT solutions company registered in Nigeria. You can contact us at hello@uberit.org.

2. What these terms cover

These terms cover this website only. Our software products (EverCast, TerveCure EMR, TerveMom, TerveEsi, SchoolDesk and VaxiNaija) and our services are provided under separate written agreements. If those agreements conflict with these terms, the agreements apply.

3. Information on this site

We describe our products and services in good faith, but the content of this site is general information, not an offer or a binding quote. Features, pricing and availability can change, and the details of any project are confirmed in a written proposal or contract. Screenshots and figures shown on the site may be illustrative.

4. Using the site

You agree not to:

• use the site for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or any connected system;
• send spam, malware or abusive messages through the contact form;
• copy, scrape or republish the site's content in bulk without our permission.

5. Intellectual property

The UberIT name and logo, our product names, and the text, images and design of this site belong to UberIT or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for your own reference, but you may not reuse our content or branding for commercial purposes without our written consent.

6. Messages you send us

Information you send through the contact form must be accurate and must not break anyone else's rights. Sending an enquiry does not create a contract or a client relationship. Please don't send confidential material until an NDA or agreement is in place. We handle your details as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Links to other sites

This site may link to websites we don't control. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

8. Availability

We try to keep the site available and accurate, but we don't guarantee that it will always be online, error-free or free of viruses. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time.

As far as the law allows, UberIT is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content, including indirect or consequential loss and loss of profit or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Nigeria have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
